At the start of the trailer it stats with a slapstick image of a camera zooming into Simon Pegg eating a chocolate and this foreshadows a scene that will come later in the film and the type of dramatic and silly humour that is going to take place within the film and Simon Pegg is well known for his dramatic and silly humour in films such as Hot Fuzz. Tide print advert analysis We are presented with a print advert presenting Tide. Tide is a washing powder and the print advert is aimed at women with the women on the front because of the traditional stereotype about women being house wives in that era.  We are presented with a white female throughout the advert. Next we are given a headline stating "Tides got what women want!", then there are illustrations throughout the page such as the 'love hearts'. In the middle of the page there is a box of Tide washing powder being wrapped in the female's arms and the female is wearing quite old fashioned clothing to represent an older period of time that this is taking place. On  the image, there is a bold headline in a white font on what looks like a red ribbon to stand out the slogan they are going for.
